David's Harp is a nonprofit organization incorporated under the laws of the State of Iowa.

1. Use of This Website

• Reproduce, photocopy, or distribute sheet music or digital resources without authorization
• Use the David's Harp name or logo without prior written permission
• Resell or redistribute any purchased or subscriber-access resources

Subscriber Portal access grants you a personal, non-transferable license to download and use resources within your own congregation or teaching studio. Resources may not be redistributed, resold, or shared outside your institution without written permission.

Music teachers and conservatory administrators are permitted to use downloaded resources with their students in the context of a David's Harp conservatory partnership or active subscription, consistent with applicable copyright law. Scores should not be photocopied for student use except as permitted by copyright law (e.g., a single copy to facilitate page turns during a performance).

3. Accounts and Access

If you create an account on our website or Subscriber Portal, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at admin@davidsharpmusic.org if you believe your account has been compromised.

Accounts are for individual or institutional use as specified at the time of purchase. Sharing login credentials is not permitted.

4. Products and Purchases

By placing an order through our website, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

5. Donations

David's Harp is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Donations made through our website are processed via Stripe and may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. We encourage you to consult your tax advisor regarding deductibility.
