Huddles
A Huddle is a small, honest gathering of church musicians, online or in person, led by a David's Harp speaker. Share what's working, admit what's not, and leave with practical ideas you can use this Sunday. Think of it as a support group for the people sitting at the bench every week.
Expect introductions, a short topic or demo from your speaker, open discussion, and clear next steps. We host Huddles in coffee shops, fellowship halls, and on Zoom, wherever musicians are ready to connect.
Conservatory Community Events
We help conservatories plan and execute community-facing events, concerts, recitals, hymn sings, and outreach nights that connect the music ministry to the wider neighborhood. From venue logistics to programming to promotion, we walk alongside you the whole way.
Case in point
We hosted a community event in Council Bluffs for St. Paul's Music Conservatory at the local community college. The event itself generated revenue, opened the door to multiple substantial donations and continued community outreach for the conservatory, and brought in multiple new student leads for St. Paul's Music Conservatory.
Conservatory Launch Event
The Launch Event is our second on-site visit, and it's the moment your conservatory goes public. We don't just show up, we plan and execute the entire night with you. A musician and a speaker; a hymn festival, concert, or recital; food, drinks, and a message that gathers the whole community around what God is doing through your music ministry.
It's extravagant on purpose. A launch worth remembering, and worth inviting people to.
